Rick has publicly stated that "he did not need an Assistant Treasurer ".  Now he is proposing adding an "advisor" role as he is not solely capable of performing the duties of Treasurer. Ironically his solution is to appoint Kathrin Harris as an advisor. We all remember the last time Kathrin was involved with the Treasure's role, $100k+ missing. Zero clue.

Why was the board so eager to remove Susan from the Treasurer position? Susan took over in a difficult time and produced remarkable results for the community. There were no questions regarding her qualifications or performance, she performed all the duties with the Turtle Rock Community as her sole focus but Grace, Rick and Ehren could not wait to remove her.
